Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged, or
- The item is not satisfactory after use.
“Damaged” refers strictly to defects or damage caused before or during delivery, not due to customer use.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:
- Ordering by mistake
- Change of mind
- No longer wanting the product
Returns Process

Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges or replacements are only available if:
- The item was received damaged, or
- The item is not satisfactory after use
If eligible:
- A replacement/exchange will be provided free of cost
Extended Return Window for Replacements
- If a replacement is requested within the initial 14-day period, an additional 14 days will be granted from the date of replacement delivery
- If the replacement item is also not satisfactory, and the request is made within this extended period, you may:
- Return the original item
- Receive a refund for the original purchase
Replacement Request Limit
- Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the original product
- Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Returns are not accepted
- A partial refund of up to 50% may be issued
- Customers will not be required to return the product
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a return shipping label and notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed once the return shipping label has been issued.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
- Processing may take up to 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@austinlinen.com, so we can resolve the issue.
